Turn matching Off when stops are dense and auto-match interferes — photos then land in the inbox for manual assignment. Leave a key blank to keep the existing one.

Export the field-survey answers as a flat table — one row per surveyed stop, one column per question, keyed on the GIS stop_id (BST-…). Joins directly to the GIS bus_stops layer.

The GeoJSON carries a point at each stop with all answers as attributes — load it in QGIS and, if needed, “Save As… GeoPackage”. Draft surveys with no data are skipped.
